The Occupier are a 5 piece, Scunthorpe based Metal band. Old Skool Thrash Metal with Attitude! They will literally melt your faces off with their awesome shreding guitar licking solos, beasty bass lines and no holds barred vocals! Formed in November of 2008 with members Jon Hunt (on Lead), Andy Slokan (on drums) and Mathew Pell aka Pell (on Rhythm) after the split from their former band illflower. Joing them was Simon Whitby (on Vocals) and Adam Parke aka Bodz (on bass). The final addition was Mike Linehan who took over management in 2010. The Occupier Have played shows all over Lincolnshire and Yorkshire, they are looking for bigger opportunities in 2011. They made their first Festival appearance last year At The Duke of Wellington's Mid-Summer Fest.
