Extreme Moments Of Obsession, that is M.E.D.O. hasn't always been like this. The sketh of this Project was initiated in 2004 by David Crespo. Back then, the band was completely different. We can't forget to mention names such as Bruno Swart, bass, and Jorginho, guitar. As amazing as it may seem, the band grew strong even without these musicians. David Crespo was born in 1978. He is the guitar man and the vocalist of the band. Pedro Moreira, one year older than David,1977, drums, together they didn´t give up, with music in their minds as an obsession,they created the basis of what is the M.E.D.O. today. Along the years, several members joined the band but not all of them have the same vision and dedication.

Finally in 2008, the band was complete with Miguel Branco, 1973, guitar, and Celso Guerreiro, 1985, bass. With the same strength and determination, they added a final brightness to the Metal sound by the influence of the 80's and the early 90's. We can hear strong themes such as "The Game", "Hate, Rage and Destruction", "In the Night", "Registration", "In the Boiler", "You Know it Well" among others. M.E.D.O. is a band from Sintra and Lisbon area, where they surely already part of the trash in the Portuguese national music scene.
