Hideous Miscreation are a British death Metal band coming from London. The band was formed by Jake, Luke (Ex Thrown to Belial) and Dan (Ex Heavens Gate) at the start of '09 with the aim of writing fast paced, heavy and extreme music.
Our 2010 'Delusions of Grandeur' EP combines an intense variation of extreme, fast-paced vocal techniques, with relentlessly fast drumming and disturbingly dark and aggressive guitar work. Over the past months the bands line-up has undergone some significant changes, and we now have a solid line up (minus a second guitarist) and we've started writing a full length album which better reflects our aims and ambitions.
Our new material demonstrates a change in style which will categorize the band more within the brutal technical death metal genre, as opposed to the style expressed on the upcoming EP, which seems to cause controversy over whether our sound is death metal or deathcore.
We feel that our new style reflects a progression and will satisfy fans of our old music, as well as the listeners who did not find us technical or brutal enough for their liking.
