After forming in 2009, a year down the line and the heavy rock group were the opening band on the main stage of the WRF (Wakefield Rock Festival) headlined by inME. On the basis of that it is fair to say, that after playing at the usual local hotspots; Snooty Fox and Escobar that this band has talent. The four-piece outfit clearly influenced by the Metallica’s and the Iron Maiden’s of the world with hints of a more recent breakthrough in the genre Avenged Sevenfold certainly don’t sound like something you’d hear coming out of this area. More like something fresh out of America. That really is a testimony to the band, who in just two of their superbly sounding tracks available online provide a great listen that would appeal to all ages. Combined with all this there is a somewhat groovy touch which peaks with good solo-work from the lead guitarist. Overall, the well mastered tracks on display certainly show promise and are definately worth a look.
