Camden was housing something special this night, in amongst the usual selection of fine DNA was East Coast, hardcore pioneers Biohazard. Biohazard have played larger venues before, but with the tour name of 'In your Fucking Face', only the Underwolrd would suffice. As predicted it was sold out and packed to the rafters, After the teasing intro from State of the World Address the band took to the stage in its original line up bar Evan. Danny Schulers offbeat drumming coined the opener to be the bands title track from their most fabulous Urban Discipline album. In tru form singer and guitarist, Billy Graziadi flung himself into the crowd which was whipped up into a frenzy. Storming through classics including What Makes us Tick, Howard Beach and Chamber Spins Three intertwined with some new stomping tracks (see the bands facebook page for downloads) the low ceiling was being raised. the crowd was in high spirits as the band were, what some say, killing it. No more frenzied was the penultimate anthem Punishment. The underworld that was present witnessed a truly mighty performance for the Brooklyn masters. Finishing with a credit to bass player Scott Roberts, the band performed their signature finale of Hold my Own and that they did.
Biohazard remain a band of the people for the people, salt of teh earth, laying it down, down for life, and if you aint fucking down.... ?
